Role Summary
This is a role with challenge, growth, and purpose at its heart. It inspires others and brings your creative mind to life. As Deputy Manager you’ll be part of the leadership team, supporting key activities such as developing support plans, risk assessments, rota planning, recruitment, and development of team members. Working with the Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for safety and you’ll motivate your team with ideas that keep the people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy. The sense of fun you bring helps make things happen.
Responsibilities
- Develop support plans and risk assessments.
- Plan rotas and support scheduling.
- Support recruitment and the development of team members.
- Work with the Home Manager to ensure safety for all residents and staff.
- Motivate and empower the team to keep people we support engaged, fulfilled and happy.
