You will work closely with production, maintenance, logistics, suppliers and customers to support quality improvement activities, investigate issues, and ensure compliance with customer and industry standards.

W hat You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Quality Engineer you'll play an important part in ensuring we meet our production, quality, and customer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of quality objectives and key performance indicators.
Collect, analyse and report quality data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Support customer and internal quality concern investigations using structured problem-solving techniques such as 8D.
Assist with root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
Participate in process audits and Quality Management System audits.
Support the maintenance and review of quality documentation including Control Plans, PFMEAs and work instructions.
Assist in ensuring customer-specific requirements are understood and met.
Support quality reviews for new products and process changes.
Identify opportunities to improve quality performance through analysis of scrap, defects and customer feedback.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.
