As a Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for the checking, repairing, and servicing of all assembly and press tooling equipment to ensure that machinery and equipment run smoothly and reliably.

Working Hours: 3 Shift Rotation (Day shift / Late shift / Night shift)
Duties:
- Leading the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment in a timely manner.
- Effective diagnosis and timely repair of equipment to maximise machine availability.
- Perform scheduled and planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Lead geometry improvement activities from technical understanding.
- Adhere to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items.
- Support and champion the intervention process and escalation procedure.
- Adhere to all legal and safety requirements including PUWER, Power press regulations, lifting and slinging.
- Support the procurement and management of spare parts and tools required.
- Document jobs/hours completed through electronic reporting methods.
- Support the development of Engineering apprentices through knowledge and skill sharing.
- Maintain cleanliness within own and related areas.
- Work to the company's code of conduct, policies, and procedures.
- Lead planned maintenance activities, including technical improvement activities.
