Working Hours: 39 hours per week, 2 or 3 shift rotation including day and late shift.
Main assignment: As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee day-to-day operations ensuring production activities are maintained and run smoothly and efficiently. As a Production Supervisor, you are accountable for:
- Leading and motivating your team, providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training.
- Organising daily workload to ensure production schedules are met.
- Identifying and resolving issues.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
- Collaborating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Training new staff and supporting team development through coaching and feedback.
