We're looking for motivated and reliable Part-TimeProduction Operators to join our team on a long-term temporary basis.

Part Time Working Hours - 20 hours per week, 5 days a week (4 hour shifts)
Shift patterns we offer, subject to availability (Monday - Friday):
7:00am - 11:00am
11:10am - 15:10pm
15:10pm - 19:10pm
19:10pm - 23:10pm

W hat You'll Be Doing
As a Part-Time Production Operator, you'll play an important part in ensuring we meet our production, quality, and customer standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
Operating production machinery and equipment safely and responsibly
Following work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Carrying out visual quality inspections and following quality processes
Completing production paperwork accurately and on time
Performing routine housekeeping and maintaining a clean work area
Undertaking basic first-line equipment maintenance
Following the company's "Stop, Call, Wait" escalation process when issues arise
Working in accordance with company policies, procedures, and standards
Supporting continuous improvement activities across the business
Participating in training and development opportunities
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets
Maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance
What We're Looking For
We're interested in people with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Previous manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential as training will be provided.
