Working Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 7:55am - 4:30pm
Friday: 7:55am - 2:15pm (start your weekend early!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Methods Engineer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our equipment running at peak performance, enhancing processes, and helping to industrialise cutting-edge tools and technologies. You’ll collaborate across departments to improve efficiency, support quality systems, and drive continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Analysing process performance and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Calculating cycle times, capacity, and ensuring machine parameters are optimised
  • Monitoring and updating SPM and RO systems
  • Leading improvement projects and collaborating with key stakeholders
  • Supporting and developing quality control measures
  • Managing FMEAs and developing SOPs for new processes
  • Leading industrialisation and installation of new equipment

  • Proven knowledge of process and project engineering
  • A Level 3 qualification in engineering (or equivalent experience in automotive/manufacturing)
