Working Hours:

Monday–Thursday: 7:55am – 4:30pm
Friday: 7:55am – 2:15pm (start your weekend early!)

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Human Resources Advisor, you will have exposure to the full employee lifecycle, including but not limited to recruitment and retention, employee wellbeing, performance management, reward and recognition, learning and development and employee relations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

§Providing consultancy and advice on all HR related matters, ensuring advice is in accordance with company guidelines and current legislation.

§Supporting HR projects, initiatives and coaching the wider business to manage any changes.

§Maintaining HRM systems

§Management Information Reporting including, key performance indicators within area of responsible e.g. absence

§Coaching line managers on Human Resources topic including recruitment and selection, performance management and learning and development.

§Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent in Human Resources Management
  • CIPD Level 3
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication across all levels
  • A structured, methodical, and proactive approach to work
