As a Tooling Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Checking, repairing and servicing all assembly and press tooling equipment to ensure that machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
- Leading the repair and maintenance of all assembly and press tooling equipment in a timely manner.
- Effective diagnosis and timely repair of equipment to maximise machine availability.
- Performing scheduled and planned maintenance to reduce breakdowns and improve equipment performance and reliability.
- Adhering to quality standards and requirements, including all QMS related items.
- Adhering to all legal and safety requirements.
- Supporting the development of Engineering apprentices through knowledge and skill sharing.
- Maintaining cleanliness within own and related areas.
- Leading planned maintenance activities, including technical improvement activities.
Requirements:
- Recognised apprenticeship in Die Maintenance or Tool Making.
- Industrial manufacturing or automotive relevant engineering experience.
Working Hours: 3 Shift Rotation (Day shift / Late shift / Night shift)
