Hours:39 hours per week2 or 3 shift rotation including day and late shift Main assignment: Asa Production Supervisor you will oversee day-to-day operations ensuring production activities are maintained and run smoothly and efficiently.
As a Production Supervisor, you are accountable for: Leading and motivating your team, providing guidance, support, and on-the-job training.
Organise daily workload to ensure production schedules are met.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to keep everything running smoothly Train new staff and support team development through coaching and feedback.
