Your Role as Barista

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to a high standard of quality and consistency.
• Provide excellent customer service, from taking orders to engaging with customers and ensuring they feel welcome.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas.
• Support with inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting low stock.
• Contribute to a warm and relaxed café environment where both customers and teammates feel at home.

What We\’re Looking For

• Previous barista experience in specialty coffee is preferred, but not essential — we provide full in-house training for those eager to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay focused and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.

Job Details

• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Schedule: 8–10 hour shifts, daytime hours, weekend availability
• Expected hours: 36-40 per week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.25-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
