As Kitchen Manager / Head Chef, you'll take ownership of the kitchen and play a key role in the overall success of the pub.

- Lead the kitchen team from the front, setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards.

- Ensure the kitchen is prepared for busy periods, sporting occasions, live music and key events.
- Help maximise sales through great food, consistency and excellent execution.
- Bring ideas and creativity to the kitchen while understanding what works for the local customer.
