We’re looking for a high-performing Enterprise New Business Hunter to drive net-new logo acquisition across the UK Enterprise sector (5,000+ employees). This role is laser-focused on winning new enterprise customers for my clients HR/HCM software suite, targeting complex organisations with multi-stakeholder buying groups.
This is a pure hunter role: you’ll own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, operating in a consultative, value-led sales environment. If you thrive on opening doors, navigating C-suite conversations, and closing seven-figure opportunities, this role is built for you.
Key Responsibilities- Own and execute a new-logo acquisition strategy targeting UK Enterprise organisations (typically 5,000+ employees)
- Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify opportunities using outbound and inbound methods
- Build and manage a robust enterprise pipeline with a strong focus on deal progression and forecast accuracy
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles involving HR, Finance, IT, Procurement, and Executive stakeholders
- Position HR/HCM solutions as strategic platforms addressing workforce transformation, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based proposals aligned to customer business outcomes
- Negotiate and close high-value, multi-year SaaS contracts
- Partner closely with dedicated SDRs, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to drive successful deals
- Provide feedback from the market to influence product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear forecasting to leadership
- Proven track record of at least 5/8 years in Enterprise new business sales within HR, HCM, Payroll, Talent, Learning Management or Workforce Management software
- Demonstrated success closing large, complex SaaS deals (£100k–£1m+ ACV) & successfully executed quotas of £1M+ ACV.
- Strong experience selling into UK enterprise organisations
- Expertise in consultative, value-based selling methodologies (e.g. MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Confident engaging and influencing C-level and senior HR leadership
- Dynamic, self-starter (hunters mentality) with a relentless drive to win net-new business
- Stable work history (3+ years in a position)
- Able to work remotely, being based Manchester down to the South Coast.
- Experience selling SaaS based HR/HCM solutions covering areas such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Workforce Management, or People Analytics
- Knowledge of UK HR compliance, payroll, and regulatory considerations
- Background working in high-growth or scale-up SaaS environments
- Net-new logos acquired
- Annual Contract Value (ACV) closed
- Pipeline coverage and conversion rates
- Forecast accuracy
- Sales cycle efficiency & operational rhythm
- Competitive base salary up to £110K with uncapped commission of a further £110K and very attractive accelerators for over performance (top earners can earn £400K+)
