We’re looking for several driven and multilingual Business Development Representatives (BDR) to help accelerate my clients growth across European enterprise markets. In this role, you’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospective enterprise customers for our clients supply chain and planning software solutions, partnering closely with Account Executives and Marketing to build a strong sales pipeline. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B and/or SaaS environment, enjoys consultative outreach, and is motivated by building relationships with senior decision-makers and great earnings potential!

This position is fully remote and open to candidates based in Ireland, the UK (England), Italy or Sweden.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target enterprise accounts across assigned territories and verticals
  • Execute strategic outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and social selling channels
  • Engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, procurement stakeholders, and business decision-makers
  • Qualify outbound leads (90%), inbound leads (10%), using defined sales qualification frameworks
  • Book high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM systems (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing on campaign execution and follow-up
  • Develop territory-specific messaging tailored to regional markets
  • Track pipeline development metrics and consistently meet or exceed quota
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive solutions, and market developments
Requirements/Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise environments, ideally in either business development (SDR/BDR), inside sales or marketing within enterprise software / SaaS
  • A first rate work ethic/can-do attitude coupled with common sense!
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Experience engaging enterprise-level stakeholders
Languages
  • Candidates must be fluent in English plus at least one of the following (order preference): Italian, Spanish, Swedish, French
  • Additional European languages are highly valued.
Skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence engaging senior decision-makers
  • Highly organised with strong time-management skills
  • Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Outreach, SalesLoft)
  • Experience selling across Northern European markets
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling into enterprise cloud software customers within Retail, Manufacturing, CPG/FMCG, Wholesales/Distribution, Pharmaceutical industry sectors
  • Knowledge of MEDDICC, BANT, or similar qualification methodologies
  • Exposure to account-based selling strategies
