Join the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham Multi Academy Trust (MAT) as an HR Advisor. You will join the HR & Payroll Team providing support to our 23 partner academies.
As an HR Advisor, you will deliver professional advice and guidance to leaders on policies and procedures, terms and conditions and other HR related matters. You will be responsible for the strategic and proactive case management of long‑ and short‑term sickness absences and advising on a range of other employee relation cases.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience providing advice to managers and senior leaders on a range of HR issues.
- Experience managing your own case load, from end to end.
- Willingness to attend onsite visits.
- Aptitude to think creatively and flexibly to resolve issues.
- Confidence, knowledge and ability to adapt style to a range of audiences.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and development of skills and knowledge.
- Teamwork and positive contribution to the team.
- Resilience and positive outlook in a fast‑paced, challenging environment.
- Experience in education is useful but not essential; training will be provided.
