We have been retained by one of the most iconic and established global Private Equity houses, which is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join its London office.
- Supporting the production of marketing materials: pitch decks, quarterly reports, factsheets, performance analyses.
- Responding to investor requests and ensuring rigorous follow-up of interactions (KYC, DDQ).
- Working closely with the investment, financing, and compliance teams to provide accurate and consistent information.
- Participating in the organisation of investor events: contributing to the development of the investor base (European and international institutional investors).
- Handling ad-hoc LP information requests, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts for investors.
- Maintaining and updating CRM records on a continuous basis.
- Oversight of investor onboarding and the administrator’s KYC/AML process.

- Sound judgment, ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, and work as part of an inter-professional team.
