Snipe RH is a specialist executive agency focused on strategic roles and C-suites. We have been retained by one of the most iconic and established global Private Equity houses, which is looking for an Investor Relations Associate to join its London office. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised, detail-orientated professional to work directly with a small and entrepreneurial team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the preparation and coordination of fundraising processes
  • Coordinating and responding to due diligence questionnaires and RFPs
  • Supporting the production of marketing materials: pitch decks, quarterly reports, factsheets, performance analyses
  • Responding to investor requests and ensuring rigorous follow-up of interactions (KYC, DDQ)
  • Working closely with the investment, financing, and compliance teams to provide accurate and consistent information
  • Participating in the organisation of investor events: AGMs, meetings, roadshows, conferences
  • Contributing to the development of the investor base (European and international institutional investors)
  • Collaborating with senior team members on the ongoing enhancement of Client Services processes and infrastructure, adapting to LP base and organisational developments
  • Handling ad-hoc LP information requests, including the preparation of cash flow forecasts for investors
  • Maintaining and updating CRM records on a continuous basis
  • Oversight of investor onboarding and the administrator’s KYC/AML process

Profile sought:

  • University degree from a top-tier university, business school, or engineering school
  • 1+ years’ experience in a demanding environment, ideally with significant responsibilities (e.g., Private Equity, Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Transaction Services)
  • Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities and deadlines
  • Strong adaptability, autonomy, and ability to reassess one’s approach when needed
  • Excellent writing and oral skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and an understanding of the importance of client service in a busy environment
  • Sound judgment, ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures, and work as part of an inter-professional team
  • High level of tact and diplomacy and will respond to clients professionally and politely while creating a welcoming and comfortable environment
  • Detail oriented, proactive, team player, works well under pressure, committed
  • Strong sense of rigor and ability to maintain high standards in all tasks
