Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed targets for Snibe’s Core Laboratory Diagnostics portfolio across assigned territories.
  • Identify and engage with high-potential customers, including NHS decision-makers, hospitals, and clinical professionals.
  • Complete the regional distribution tasks assigned by Snibe
  • Lead and support key projects, tenders, and partnerships in coordination with the regional team and distribution network.
  • Formulate and execute territory management plans, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing account coverage.
  • Conduct market intelligence analysis, monitoring competitor activity and customer needs to capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and expand market presence.
  • Foster long-term partnerships with NHS institutions, private healthcare providers, and key accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a medical-related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales/business development experience in IVD
  • Proven track record in the UK healthcare market, with strong NHS connections preferred.
  • Experience in distributor management and/or direct key account development .
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working in cross-functional teams.
