Salary:£25,936.00 - £30,000.00 Per year We've got a fantastic opportunity for an Accommodation Advisor to join our team based in Reading.

Our specialist Key Worker housing offers self-catering accommodation ranging from shared flats for single residents to apartments and houses for couples or families.

We provide flexible stays from one night to a year or more.

Based in our Accommodation office in Reading, we offer keyworkers en-suite rooms in shared properties, studios and apartments within easy reach of the hospitals, fire station and local schools.

This role is part-time (17 hours per week), usually worked over 4 days Monday to Friday.

We can be flexible with days and hours.

The Role As an Accommodation Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers.

You’ll use your customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for all of our tenants.

This will include supporting bookings, coordinating some property maintenance and ensuring compliance.

You will also be involved in financial transactions, assisting with customer accounts and arrears payments.

This is a varied role with no two days the same, covering a wide range of tenancy administration tasks.

The starting salary is £11,917 - 13,784 (£25,936 - £30,000 full time equivalent)What you'll need A strong customer focus with proven customer service and administration experience.

Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.

Attention to detail and confidence with figures (rent calculations and invoicing).

A positive, flexible, and proactive approach.

Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
