We have an opportunity for a Property Manager - Market Rent to join us at SNG, based either from our Basingstoke or Greenham office. This is a hybrid working role where you'll be in the office, home, and site visits 2 days per week.
Your role as a Market Rent Property Manager involves delivering a high quality property management service to our market rent customers. You will ensure that our properties are efficiently let, managed and maintained, maximising rental income and minimising void periods while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will be involved in all pre-tenancy and post-tenancy activities including:
- Carrying out viewings
- Tenant vetting
- Routine property inspections
- Overseeing void properties
- Arranging statutory inspections and compliance checks
You will be working collaboratively with colleagues across SNG and developing positive relationships with our customers, contractors and internal and external stakeholders.
About you: You will need outstanding customer service skills and experience.
