Sovereign Network Group in Hertford, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Housing Officer to join our Housing team. You will manage a caseload to resolve housing management challenges, including anti-social behaviour, neighbourhood issues, breaches, fraud and safeguarding, delivering a professional, high-quality service.
You will build strong relationships with customers, colleagues and external agencies, work full-time (37 hours), and travel to properties across Hertfordshire with a valid UK driving licence.
