We currently have a great opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Property Team working from our Basingstoke Hub managing our in-house teams across our North Hampshire locality. You will be responsible for leading the delivery of property repairs and improvements, focusing on both responsive repairs and empty homes works.
What you'll need:
- Experience of managing customer focused, direct labour teams
- Strong budget management skills - ability to plan, track and forecast both delivery of and expenditure against relevant budgets
- Knowledge and understanding of current Building and Health Safety regulations
- A passion to deliver high customer satisfaction
