We're currently recruiting for two Development Delivery Directors.

The positions will cover our South (Basingstoke based) and West (Bristol based) regions to lead the successful delivery of a diverse and ambitious regional development programme.

The role: The Development Delivery Director will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of a complex and diverse regional development programme, including Joint Ventures, greenfield and brownfield land, regeneration, and Section 106 opportunities.

This is a senior leadership role with accountability for ensuring the regional development programme is delivered safely, effectively and with strong visibility of risk, performance and quality.

The post-holder will build, lead and mentor a high-performing team, creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and professional development that enables individuals and teams to perform at their best.

They will lead robust programme governance, ensure timely and accurate reporting, drive proactive risk management, and maintain high standards of delivery across cost, programme, customer and quality outcomes, while fostering collaboration, engagement and excellence across the wider organisation.
