Sovereign Network Group (SNG) is seeking a Supported Housing Officer – Extra Care to cover two schemes in Abingdon and Hungerford, based in Newbury or Basingstoke.
Hybrid role 3–4 days at schemes and remaining days remote.
You’ll lead tenancy and estate management, safeguarding, and engagement activities to help residents live independently and safely.
Key qualifications include experience in housing, understanding vulnerable populations, and strong collaboration with partners.
