Do you enjoy working in a busy and varied role?We are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our fast paced operationssupport team, working in our Property Services division in our Blandford Office on a 12 month Fixed Term Basis.About Sovereign Network Group (SNG)SNG provides over 85,000 homes and invest in communities across London and the South of England – our purpose, to provide quality affordable homes and places that people love for generations.The RoleYour responsibilities will include receiving work orders and scheduling workdiaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance works for our residents. You'll enjoy liaising with trade staff and other repairs staff to make sure all appointment targets are met and liaise with residents about theirscheduled repair and maintenance works.Responsible to deliver the right outcome for our customerProvide a first point of contact within your area for business partnersAssist in complaint and query resolutionTo manage a diary and bookings schedule for the teamComplete required administration tasksSeek opportunities to improve performance and offer solutionsEstablish and maintain own effectiveness by developing strong working relationships with team members, business stakeholdersWhat we look forSolid experience in administration within a busy customer focused roleSome understanding of building maintenance terminology preferredExperience of using several different computer systemsAbility to manage your own work loadStrong customer service focus & confident telephone mannerThe ability to think quickly and clearly and work well under pressureEmpathy and a passion for helping peopleAs someone committed to customer service, you'll work as part of our Property Team responsible for scheduling repairs and maintenance works to fit with the diaries of our trade staff and contractorsJob DescriptionWe have some great benefits at SNG, including:25 Days Holiday +
