Are you well organised and enjoy providing excellent service to customers and colleagues? Do you thrive in a busy and varied role?

Your responsibilities will include receiving work orders and scheduling work diaries for trades employees completing repairs and maintenance works for our residents. You\’ll liaise with trade staff and repairs staff to ensure all appointment targets are met, and communicate with residents about their scheduled repairs and maintenance.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering the right outcome for our customers
  2. Being a first point of contact for business partners within your area
  3. Assisting in complaint and query resolution
  4. Managing a diary and bookings schedule for the team
  5. Completing administrative tasks
  6. Seeking opportunities for performance improvement and offering solutions
  7. Developing strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders

Qualifications and experience:

  • Solid experience in administration within a busy customer-focused role
  • Some understanding of building maintenance terminology (preferred)
  • Experience using multiple computer systems
  • Ability to manage your workload independently
  • Strong customer service skills and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to work quickly, clearly, and under pressure
  • Empathy and passion for helping people
