Sovereign Network Group seeks a Supported Housing Officer - Extra Care to cover two schemes in Andover and Bournemouth.
Hybrid role with 3–4 days on-site at the schemes and some days from home, based from either the Hurn or Blandford office.
You will manage tenancy and estate services, safeguarding and compliance, working with care providers to support residents to live independently and safely.
Strong collaboration with partners is essential.
