Sovereign Network Group in Basingstoke seeks a Development Delivery Manager to drive the delivery of a major housing programme. You will lead schemes through development stage gates, manage procurement and construction activities, and ensure delivery to the Homes and Place standards.
Working with the Head of Development Delivery, you will manage risk, health and safety, contractor selection and the handover to sales, lettings and maintenance teams, with regular updates to committees as required.
