  • Escalate more complex issues to specialist teams with clear information
  • Keep users updated on the progress of their requests
  • Follow up to make sure issues are resolved
  • Support the team in meeting service targets

You’ll also spend time shadowing experienced analysts, including at the Tech Bar, to learn how to assess and resolve hardware and software issues. Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll develop skills in customer service, problem-solving, and clear communication. You’ll also gain an understanding of how IT service teams work, including priorities, service standards, and continuous improvement. You’ll be trained to use tools such as remote support software and the organisation’s IT service system. You'll also be attending college to complete a Level 3 Information Communications Technician qualification.

At SNG, our apprenticeships are designed to give you the confidence, training and skills to build a meaningful and successful career.
