Role Overview

We’re looking for a Behind-the-Scenes Videographer and Editor to join our production team, this role will be pivotal in creating compelling video content for our subscription video service. This position requires a blend of creativity, technical editing skills, and a passion for storytelling.

This role will require a lot of creativity, filming behind the scenes throughout the working week and creating a weekly episode for our Patreon subscribers.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble recorded raw material into a suitable, finished product ready for online publishing. The material may include camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the production team to understand project requirements and contribute creative ideas for content development.
• Ensure the logical sequencing and smooth running of all video content.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under deadlines.
• Utilise editing software and techniques to enhance video content.
• Maintain and organise digital files and archives.
• Keep up to date with trending editing techniques, software updates, and advancements in video production.

Key Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Video Editor/Videographer (2 years minimum) with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe suite) including Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
• Creative mind and storytelling skills particularly with comedy content.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Compensation

• Up to £45,000 OTE per annum
