We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time permanent Operations Support Manager to join our Compliance Services Team working from any of our locality offices – Dorset, Devon, Hampshire, Berkshire or Bristol. About Sovereign Network Group (SNG) We are thrilled to have joined forces with Network Homes in October 2023, which now places us as the 6th largest housing association in the UK. Sovereign and Network Homes have come together as SNG (Sovereign Network Group) – an organisation that takes the best of both and makes it even better. The role Through inspirational and visible leadership, you will lead an Operational Support team and have ownership of all aspects of support required for your area of the business including scheduling, administration and compliance coordination. You will have responsibility for the coordination of all customer appointments for planned, responsive and compliance through to completion ensuring regulatory obligations are met, and customer experience is optimised.
