Do you have experience leading a commercial team within either a developing housing association or housebuilder/ developer ? RICS or equivalent qualified? We have an ambitious?Investment Strategy, which aims to demonstrate how by 2050 we can both grow and improve the condition of our estate of homes, ensuring all are of a standard fit for the future. We\’re looking for a Head of Commercial Development to join us, based from our Head office in Wembley. The role: The successful applicant will provide commercial expertise across our localities, working closely with the regional teams to add value to any new or existing development activity we undertake, particularly on higher risk/reward schemes. The role will work closely with the regional leadership team to ensure that a commercial approach to development is embedded at every stage of the development journey, alongside the regional heads of land and new business, delivery, whilst maintaining a strong two-way link into the central built environment team.
