Demobilisation Projects Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity to join Sovereign Network Group as Demobilisation Projects Manager– Property Maintenance & Technical Assurance on a fixed term basis for 9 months . You\’ll be based in either our London or Hertfordshire Office. This role will combine office and home working to ensure a positive work/life balance. What you\’ll be doing The role will manage the demobilisation of the London & Hertford repairs contractor and the mobilisation of two repairs & voids contractors. You will be managing and co-ordinating all key stakeholder responsibilities and tasks associated with the demobilisation and mobilisation of the repair\’s contractors.  The role will project manage the mobilisation process, maintaining a clear audit trail and undertaking progress reporting to senior management. You\’ll support the Regional Director in relationship management and communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include: Develop and lead demobilisation plans and activities to ensure they are undertaken and completed on time.
