In this role you’ll take ownership of day‑to‑day planning, maintain accurate master data across multiple ERP systems, and collaborate with teams across the business to ensure our customers get the parts they need. The Supply Planner ensures product availability, inventory health and supplier performance across a defined portfolio. The role manages day‑to‑day supply of purchased and/or manufactured productions, aligning demand and supply requirements. Working across multiple ERP systems, the Supply Planner maintains master data accuracy and partners with cross‑functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient supply performance.

Planning & Availability
  • Plan and manage product supply in line with demand and service targets
  • Execute replenishment and/or production plans
  • Identify and resolve shortages, back orders, or supply risks
  • Monitor inbound orders, shipments, and delivery status
Inventory Management
  • Maintain inventory within agreed safety- and cycle-stock targets
  • Review inventory health: safety, cycle, above-window, VAR
  • Drive actions to reduce excess, ageing, and obsolete stock
  • Report on inventory performance, turns, and stock health
Supplier Management
  • Manage day-to-day supplier communication on orders, shipments, and production schedules
  • Track supplier OTIF and escalate issues as needed
  • Collaborate across Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Quality to resolve issues
  • Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers and logistics partners
Data & Systems Management
  • Maintain all master data across ERP systems (lead times, MOQs, reorder points, costs)
  • Audit and update data regularly for accuracy
  • Analyse ERP and Excel data to support planning and forecasting accuracy
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Quality teams
  • Align with global Supply Chain teams on priorities and actions
  • Contribute to planning reviews with insights on demand, inventory, and supplier performance

Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in supply chain, planning, or inventory management
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability
  • Proficient in at least one ERP system; experience with multiple is an advantage
  • High attention to detail and structured problem-solving
  • Clear communicator and effective collaborator
  • Strong ownership and accountability mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, or related field preferred
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive aftermarket, or multi‑SKU environments desirable
