The selected candidate will support the consistent, day‑to‑day running of our compact but dynamic metal fabrication department, helping keep output on track.

- Production Operations
- Production of products to specification
- General metal working shop duties
- Process Review & Documentation
- Production process reviews and recommendations
- Operation sheet reviews and amendments
- Maintenance & Equipment Care
- Shop floor maintenance
- Maintenance of machines, tools and equipment
- Downtime and diary submissions
- Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Adherence and implementation of current Health and Safety guidelines

Skills & Qualifications
- A proven track record and competence of press and machine operation and general mechanical assembly (Essential)
- Power press set up and operation (Essential)
- Fly press set up and operation (Essential)
- Press brake machine set up and operation (Essential)
- Assembly competency (Essential)
- Silver soldering (Desirable)
- Milling machine, lathe and surface grinding work (Desirable)
- Shot blasting (Desirable)
- Using CR4 mile steel (range 0.5mm to 4mm), also brass, stainless steel & aluminium
