We’re looking for a talented Videographer/Editor to join our ambitious team. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about visual storytelling and thrives on bringing creative ideas to life. You’ll be responsible for capturing dynamic footage and crafting engaging content that aligns with client objectives and brand identity.

What You’ll Do

  • Film high-quality video content for a variety of projects, including promotional campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Edit raw footage into polished, professional videos using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) and/or Final Cut Pro.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop concepts and execute creative ideas that exceed client expectations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
  • Assist with pre-production planning, including scripting and equipment preparation.
  • Maintain consistent brand identity across all video content, aligning with client guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in videography and video editing, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.
  • Proficiency in an editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
  • Experience operating Sony cameras.
  • A strong eye for detail and a creative mindset, with a passion for storytelling through video.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with teams and clients.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritise multiple projects.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and the ability to tailor content to suit each channel.

Attendance at our studio in East Grinstead is preferred; however, we are open to considering a hybrid working model for the right candidate.

Experience Required

  • Videography: 3 years
  • Video Editing: 3 Years
  • Experience within an agency or video production company (Advantageous)

A portfolio of your previous work is required to be considered for this role.
