Snelsky is a B2B video studio working with clients in insurance, property and professional services. We produce content month after month through embedded video partnerships.

We’re growing the team and need a Creative Producer to own our Studio Plus accounts.
What you’d actually do:
- Run the relationships with our biggest clients who’ve signed up for ongoing content.
- Lead the meetings, come up with ideas, build content plans, brief the crew, and direct on bigger shoots.
- Be the human face of Snelsky for those clients, acting as the bridge between their world and ours.
Who you are:
- Creative and ridiculously organised.
- Comfortable in front of clients without being overly polished.
- You have taste and can see multiple ways a brief could go.
- You understand video production and what a brief needs for a crew to deliver it.
- You can manage both structure and chaos.
The shape of it:
- Full-time, salaried, £35k–£40k depending on experience.
- Hybrid — 2 to 3 days from our East Grinstead office, easy reach to London for shoots.
- Small team, no corporate nonsense, work that actually goes out into the world.
