This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about storytelling, has strong pacing and taste, and can confidently shoot as well as edit. We’re after someone who can capture great content on set, shape it into polished final films, and contribute as part of a creative in-house team.

What You’ll Do

  • Shoot high-quality video content across a range of projects, including corporate films, case studies, interviews, events and social content.
  • Edit engaging video content that feels modern, clean and premium.
  • Create social-first cutdowns, especially 9:16 edits, with strong hooks, pacing and retention in mind.
  • Build polished timelines with strong selects, structure, pacing, music and finishing.
  • Handle the essentials of post-production, including audio levelling and tidy-up, colour correction, exporting versions and managing revisions.
  • Create simple, brand-led graphics such as titles, lower thirds and supers.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to develop content that aligns with client objectives, brand identity and platform.
  • Work confidently both as a self-shooter and as part of a wider production team.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in both videography and editing, with a portfolio that shows strong storytelling, pacing and visual quality.
  • Confidence shooting independently, with a good eye for framing, lighting and capturing natural moments.
  • Sony camera experience is advantageous.
  • Final Cut Pro experience is ideal, although we’re open to confident applicants working in other software.
  • Corporate content experience is advantageous, particularly with talking heads, interviews, messaging-led content and clean, premium finishes.
  • Strong attention to detail across audio, typography, exports, file management and versioning.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
  • Good understanding of social platforms and how to tailor content to each channel.
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
