Your Role

Wraparound Manager (Out of Hours Club Manager) Required as soon as possible Part-time 17 hours per week / Term time only / Permanent Salary grade E point 13 (FTE £29,064.00 per annum) £11,191.23 actual salary per annum

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:45am to 8:45am and 3:15pm to 5:30pm

Friday: 7:45am to 8:45am and 3:15pm to 5:00pm

Essential Qualifications

Applicants must hold:

1. A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
2. Five GCSEs, including English and Mathematics

Sneinton St Stephen's C of E Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and child-centred Wraparound Manager to lead our successful Breakfast and After School Club provision.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

As Wraparound Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operation of our Breakfast and After School Club, ensuring a high-quality provision that meets the needs of children and families.

You will:

1. Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment where children can develop socially, emotionally and physically.
2. Manage, support and develop playworkers, assistants and volunteers.
3. Undertake line management and performance management responsibilities for wraparound staff.
4. Promote positive behaviour and support children's wellbeing.
5. Maintain attendance, safeguarding, first aid, financial and other operational records.
6. Work closely with families, school leaders and external agencies to ensure children's needs are met.
7. Lead marketing and promotion of the provision to encourage participation and sustainability.
8. Provide regular reports and updates to school leaders and governors regarding the effectiveness of the provision.

The Successful Candidate Will

1. Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
2. Have experience of working with primary-aged children.
3. Have experience of leading or supervising staff.
4. Be passionate about supporting children's development and wellbeing.
5. Demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills.
6. Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
7. Be calm, resilient, reliable and approachable.
8. Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
9. Share our commitment to inclusion, aspiration and excellence for all.
