Job Overview
We are looking for a Junior Cost Engineer to work across our project teams in our client’s support offices.
The junior cost engineer will support the planning, tracking, and reporting of project costs across their lifecycle.
Working closely with project managers, the project controls team, and finance teams, the role ensures accurate cost control, analysis, and forecasting to help projects deliver on budget and to schedule.
This is an entry‑level position ideal for individuals beginning their career in cost engineering.

Responsibilities
- Assist with data collation and production of monthly Applications for Payment including monthly actual cost calculations and monitoring these against the forecast to highlight any variances.
- Assist with the production and maintenance of an accurate Forecast to Completion and monitoring this against the project budget.
- Assist with accurate cost reporting to the business, including the production of Monthly Dashboard reports.
- Assist with the production of the monthly PSR (Project Summary Review) including submitting this via Ecosys.
- Assist with the production of invoices.
- Assist with the development of cost estimates for new or ongoing projects, including the Change Control process.
