In this role you will report to the Senior Manager/Director, Marketing Communications for UKI. You will be responsible for the planning and execution of marketing activities and events that support business growth, development and Win Work in the UKI Region. You will be aligned with a particular Regional (UKI) Market growth strategy and will be part of our global network of marketing and communication experts. You will work in a transformative, collaborative, and energetic environment supporting your peers in delivering integrated marketing and communication campaigns that align to our global business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the UKI region and associated markets to develop content / marketing assets which drives brand positioning, business goals and market growth.
  • Collaborate and proactively input into identified regional strategies and campaigns.
  • Align all marketing communications deliverables to overarching UKI regional plans, ensuring all campaigns are targeted to specific markets and audiences.
  • Work with regional business partners and business development teams to develop marketing and communication campaigns that align to global and local markets.
  • Write project profiles/proof points for our digital channels and Marketing Communications campaigns together with market/service aligned award submissions.
  • Write case studies/proof points for our digital channels and Marketing Communications campaigns together with market/service aligned award submissions.
  • Develop content and marketing assets that promote the brand and services to support business goals.
  • Align marketing and communication deliverables to overarching global plans, ensuring global campaigns are targeted to the local market and specific audiences.
  • Plan, coordinate and execute innovative approaches to promoting the brand, through various channels including collateral and web development, conferences and events, digital marketing, and advertising.
  • Support conference and event marketing such as tradeshow materials, key messages, and content.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a global team of internal and external communicators and marketers.
  • Develop plans, campaigns and content aligned to the AtkinsRéalis corporate narrative and business objectives.
  • Align to global messaging and approach to Marketing Communications, platforms and systems, best practice and content guidelines.
  • Record, measure and evaluate deliverables.

About You

  • Experienced in a related marketing role.
  • Full cycle content creation and campaign development.
  • Exceptional project management and prioritisation skills, you are organized and detail-oriented.
  • Fluency in English language; speaking, writing and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in a highly technical field and a curiosity to learn.
  • Experienced marketing writer: ability to write and edit short snappy marketing copy for website, advertising, and brochures.
  • End-to-end events management experience; industry conferences and client events.
  • The ability to be a strategic thinker and understand the broader business objectives.
  • Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently, and enjoy working with different personality styles and management levels, both in person and across geographies.
  • The drive and determination to deliver excellent outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.

Additional Information

This role may require security clearance and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer.
