Do you enjoy bringing clarity, connection, and momentum to a busy business support environment? Joining our Business Enablement Team, you'll play a key role in supporting the Secure Government Business. Reporting to the Business Support Manager, you'll use your collaboration, innovation, curiosity and relationship building skills to deliver a smooth, supportive, and forwardâthinking service. The successful applicant will be based in our Bristol office and shall be able to attend other UK&I regional offices, specifically Cheltenham.
Responsibilities
- Actioning tasks in the shared mailbox which will include but is not restricted to:
- Managing travel arrangements, including international travel, rail, car hire and hotels.
- Organising events, meetings, workshops including booking refreshments and lunches.
- Producing relevant supporting documentation for events and meetings.
- Organising internal and external webinars / conferences.
- Arranging onboarding actions for new starters.
- Document library and archiving control and enforcing security protocols.
- Managing CV library.
- Invoice and purchase order administration.
- Organising training courses.
- Supporting the compliance of business processes (e.g. timesheet, mandatory training etc.).
- Producing and updating Organisation Charts.
- General administration duties.
About you
- A keen knowledge of Security, both data and physical, would be an advantage.
- Strong stakeholder and written communication or marketing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce quality documentation.
- Good team player and willing to support the team.
- Ability to communicate in a concise manner (oral and written) at all levels within the organisation, and to liaise with senior personnel.
- A good knowledge of software packages (MS Office, including Excel, SharePoint, MS Teams etc.).
- Good organisation skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good time management skills.
- Relevant experience in a similar position.
