AtkinsRéalis is seeking a highly organised and proactive Rostering Assistant to support the effective planning, coordination and deployment of resources across the Practice. Working within a fast-paced operational environment, you will play a key role in administering the Fatigue 360 system, supporting workforce planning activities, and ensuring roster, travel and accommodation requirements are delivered efficiently and compliantly.

Your role includes:

  • Acting as the key administrator for the Fatigue 360 system, ensuring all employee records are accurately established, maintained and updated.
  • Managing and administering Fatigue 360 across the Practice, monitoring fatigue and associated risks.
  • Producing and distributing roster, fatigue and compliance reports from Fatigue 360.
  • Coordinating and allocating resources effectively to maximise workforce productivity.
  • Planning, arranging and communicating accommodation and travel requirements for employees.
  • Providing support and guidance to managers and employees on roster management and workforce planning activities.
  • Monitoring staffing levels and resource availability, identifying potential resource gaps.
  • Maintaining accurate workforce planning records and providing management information.
  • Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

About you:

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of working independently and using initiative to solve problems.
  • Experience working in an administrative, coordination or scheduling role.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience in rostering, workforce planning, scheduling or resource coordination would be advantageous.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Mathematics and English, together with a Full UK Driving Licence.
