AtkinsRéalis has an exciting opportunity for a Project Director to join our expanding Project Delivery Practice business, support the delivery of our growth plan and oversee the projects we deliver to our diverse clients across the UK. Your role will be to lead the project delivery services to our clients, support the growth of our team delivering projects and ensure high levels of client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality project delivery and commercial management services.

Your purpose:

  • Have extensive experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects.
  • Have extensive experience of client management, stakeholder engagement, construction management and project delivery.
  • Be a strong communicator and relationship manager. Have experience in buildings and ideally in building services.
  • Experience of developing sector strategies, client engagement, business development and work winning for consultancy services.
  • A track record in the leadership of project teams and effective people leadership to achieve high performance.
  • Expertise in Project Management and commercial services to support the delivery of clients’ capital projects.
  • Qualifications related to Project Management or Commercial Management and membership of relevant professional institution – RICS, APM, etc.

What you can bring:

  • Degree qualified in a construction related subject.
  • Preferred if chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS and NEC commercial experience.
  • Preferred if experience is in a complex stakeholder environment.
