Your Purpose:
- Lead a team in technical design work following relevant standards and high-quality practices.
- Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
- Manage time and budgets to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Maintain adherence to quality assurance standards in design.
What you can bring:
- Chartered Civil / Structural Engineer.
- Experience leading design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
- Strong knowledge of heavy concrete and steel structure design, familiar with British Standards and American codes.
- Proficiency with structural analysis software.
- Experience in the nuclear sector, especially safety-related structures (preferred but not mandatory).
