Your Purpose
Executive Support
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential communications and documentation.
Project Coordination
- Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support document control and version management for nuclear projects.
Communication & Reporting
- Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain effective communication channels across departments.
- Support internal communications and team engagement initiatives.
Office Management
- Organize events, workshops, and team off-sites.
- Maintain filing systems and office supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.
What you can bring
- Proven experience as a PA or EA, ideally in engineering, energy, or regulated industries.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
