Join our P3M Complex Projects team and progress your professional career on some of the industry's most exciting construction projects. We have long term contracts across the infrastructure sector, with clients including HS2, Network Rail, National Highways, Local Transport, Combined Authorities nationwide, energy, defence, airports and utility companies.
Due to significant growth and ongoing success, we are looking for NEC3 and NEC4 accredited or experienced Project Managers to support the delivery of client projects. You will be part of a multi-award winning business where our standards are high, as are the rewards.
Your role will involve providing high-quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle, advising clients on project cost, programme, risks and issues, leading and managing multi-disciplinary professional teams, and maintaining effective communications with clients and stakeholders.

- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams.
- Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders.
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.
- Implement effective and efficient communication tools.
- Develop delivery plans for projects, involve others and ensure objectives are met.
- Challenge the status quo and perform to a high standard in changing environments.
- Constantly pursue performance improvement.
- Hold a Project Management Qualification with APM, RICS or similar.
- Significant experience and a working knowledge of the New Engineering Contract (NEC) suite of contracts is required.
- Be working at a Practitioner level within the NEC Competency Framework.
- Experience of engineering and construction infrastructure projects and/or programme management across the project lifecycle.
- Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in the adoption and management of best practice Project Management techniques.
- Knowledge of pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities.
- Knowledge of CDM/site Health and Safety responsibilities.
- The ability to effectively manage a project throughout its lifecycle.
- Have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working with multiple types of stakeholders.
