Senior Consultant – Programme Advisory
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering advisory services across major infrastructure programmes.
You will work alongside experienced, multidisciplinary teams and contribute to impactful projects.

Responsibilities
- Strategic
Advisory: support leadership in delivering strategic advice on business transformations, organisational design, portfolio management, and improving programme efficiencies to deliver excellent performance.
- Programme Lifecycle: contribute across the full programme lifecycle, assisting in the set‑up and delivery of major transformational projects and PMOs.
- Process Mapping: support the development and documentation of processes, tools, and guidance for programme teams, such as creating PMO handbooks and similar resources.
- Stakeholder
Management: build strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing existing and new business growth opportunities, tailoring communications to specific audiences and facilitating effective workshops (in‑person, virtual, or hybrid).
- Analytical Skills: apply analytical thinking to collect, organise, and analyse data, ensuring the accurate delivery of insights and recommendations.
- Proactive Approach: show initiative and a willingness to learn, contributing to the delivery of high‑quality outputs in dynamic, complex, and often ambiguous environments.
- Driving Change: support business change initiatives, driving tangible results in fast‑evolving environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Ideally hold or be working towards certifications such as APM PMQ/PPQ/Ch PP, Mo P, MSP, PRINCE2, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic advisory and programme management within major infrastructure sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- Capable of working in multidisciplinary teams and dynamic environments.
