We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a group of senior leaders within our Transportation Division. This role can be based in Birmingham, Manchester or Derby office. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive administration function, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of business operations. Be experienced, flexible and have a proactive approach. This is a fast-paced and varied position, suited to someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and making a real impact behind the scenes.

Your role

  • Managing complex diaries, meetings, and appointments.
  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Preparing and submitting monthly expenses.
  • Monitoring actions, deadlines, and key deliverables for Senior Leadership members.
  • Producing high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Maintaining accurate databases and filing systems.
  • Creating, maintaining, and effectively using digital collaboration and communication platforms, i.e. SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Viva Engage, and other channels.
  • Providing cover and support for colleagues when required.
  • Tracking and chasing deliverables such as performance reviews (PDRs), mandatory training and other internal systems.
  • Working closely with other administrative professionals to provide seamless support.
