Overview
The M25 DBFO manages the busiest motorway in Europe and has a strong multi-disciplinary Environment and Sustainability Team as part of the Asset and Network Planning Directorate. The Sustainability Team is responsible for the Sustainability Action Plan, Social Value, Climate Change Adaptation, Carbon Reduction, ESG and the collection of carbon, waste and material data from schemes.
Your Role
The Sustainability Analyst plays an essential role collating, tracking and analysing the sustainability data that we need to use to drive down our environmental impacts. In addition to having the freedom to create, lead, experiment with sustainability data to make meaningful impacts on the M25 DBFO.
About you
- Produce monthly/quarterly reports of carbon, waste, materials and travel including management of KPI and ESG reporting.
- Management of Designer & Framework Carbon Tools and Sustainability Library.
- Developing baselines/tracking for the Carbon Strategy, tracking and monitoring progress towards these.
- Work with Supply Chain Manager to report sustainability data including identifying poor data quality issues with contractor submissions and identify corrective actions.
- Manage energy, social value and sustainability data management and produce dashboards in Power Bi.
- Undertake data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for operational and design improvement and potential cost reduction.
- Support the delivery of Social Value at Connect Plus Services.
- Support delivery of Sustainability Strategy and Action Plan.
