We are involved in feasibility studies, FEED, detailed design, site surveys and design verification, across projects such as hydrogen production, gas & hydrogen storage, electrical transmission, battery storage and industrial decarbonisation.

You are a versatile Project Manager leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across the UK and Europe. You collaborate with clients, guide colleagues, and contribute to an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and deliver complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are safely delivered to programme, cost and quality objectives.
  • Develop and agree budgets, managing forecast and actual costs.
  • Facilitate the overall cross‑functional project team, applying performance management techniques and KPIs.
  • Ensure resources are competent, efficiently mobilised and well supported.
  • Prepare and communicate clear project updates for transparency across teams.
  • Support safe, responsible project delivery and proactively manage risk.
  • Identify and monitor project Health & Safety and Environmental risks and implement mitigations.
About you
  • Proven experience in a project‑management role delivering multi‑disciplinary engineering projects, with recent experience in an EPCM environment.
  • Experience leading projects in highly regulated or energy‑related industries (e.g., PowerGrids transmission & distribution, conventional power, oil and gas, chemicals, renewables or large‑scale infrastructure).
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues and motivating diverse teams.
  • High commercial acumen and expert knowledge of project planning and controls.
  • Managing project budgets, resources and schedules with confidence.
  • Sound judgement in risk management and project controls.
  • Safety‑focused with an uncompromising approach to health, safety and risk management.
  • Understanding of the role of Designer and Principal Designer or Principal Contractor under CDM.
  • Experience working with standard contract models and contributing to innovative commercial approaches.
